With the gym closed for the foreseeable future, we are now providing several online based services. In addition to our Membership Based Services, we are also offering several services at no charge to help you and your family keep a strong body and mind through these challenging times… Please see below!

Membership Based Services:

  • Virtual Workouts - Join us in the virtual world for an interactive, challenging, fun training session with two coaches, who provide detailed explanation, coaching throughout the training and live demonstration. We will be offering 3-4 training sessions per day. Training options include:

    • Bodyweight Training - nothing needed except your strong body!

    • Band & Bodyweight - Grab a handled, looped or other long band for a great workout!

    • LIFT Training - A little more strength focus with some great aerobic training… Grab at least 1 dumbbell or kettlebell, and a handled, looped, other long band for a challenging metabolic strength style workout.

    Can’t join the live classes? Sign up for the class of your choice and we’ll send you the Zoom link. Watch and train on your time!! All class links are active for 48 hours!

  • Personalized Program Design - Coach Mike is offering personalized program design, in which he designs a personal program for you, using the equipment you have at home. As part of this service, Mike conducts check-ins via Zoom or FaceTime to provide technique tune ups, answer any questions and celebrate successes. You also have unlimited access to Mike for questions and ideas. This service costs $149/month (plus tax) and can be paid for with classes or as a charge of $149 (plus tax) to your account. Please contact Coach Mike to schedule the initial Discovery - Mike@perpetualstrength.com

  • Virtual Personal Coaching - This 60 minute long service provides a virtual one on one training session with Coach Hillary or Coach Karin. Each training session will include warm up, training and cool down. Want to learn how to swing a kettlebell, perform more advanced kettlebell techniques, work on basic movement patterns or have a coach lead through a virtual workout? This is for you! Perfect for anyone who wants that undivided attention. COACHING

Never feel like you are going at it alone. Our coaches are always by your side teaching you proper technique, ensuring you are safe, ensuring you are challenged, providing guidance and support while encouraging you to do great things. Our intelligent and caring coaches foster an environment where all people, regardless of how many times they have been to a gym, how much they squat or how many push-ups they can do, feel welcome and a part of our fitness community.

PROGRAMMING

Our group training program is customized to each individual through appropriate regressions/progressions, guided by a coach, and structured in a systemized way to help build the person you want to become. Each training session is a piece of a larger puzzle, building off of each other to move you closer to your goals. Our trainings are NOT designed to crush you and make you feel worse than when you walked in. Instead they are designed to leave you feeling empowered, powerful and strong. It utilizes a specific, progressive training method with measurable progress and results. Our programming doesn’t use boring, monotonous workouts, which require hours in the gym to complete. As a busy person, you don’t have time to spend countless hours in the gym. Our programming uses simple exercises, sequenced in a specific way and optimally executed to minimize injury and maximize results.

People who train at Perpetual Strength want to feel strong getting out of bed each morning. They have decided that they won’t settle for average; instead, they are ready to create the best years of their life. They want to start each day with the confidence that their strength will help them be resilient to all the challenges life will throw at them. They want to feel strong in and out of the gym, play with their kids without getting out of breath, enjoy an afternoon mountain biking with friends and be able to rely on their body to do great things for years to come. They train safe and smart to get that “ready of anything” body. They work towards soaking up everything life has to offer and facing all of life's challenges with a strong body and mind. They foster a community that shares in life challenges, struggles, triumphs and accomplishments. They are a community that celebrates success and works through failure; together.
